By posting content, you allow Maratha Lagna Sohala to display it to support the platform’s matchmaking features.
5. Verification and Safety
Email verification is completed using an OTP. Phone and identity verification may be completed manually by our admin team. We may contact you and request Aadhaar or another accepted government document through an official verification channel. Verification does not guarantee identity, compatibility, or a successful relationship. Never share passwords or OTPs with anyone.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the platform for fraud, harassment, abuse, spam, commercial solicitation, illegal activity, unauthorized data collection, or sharing harmful or inappropriate content. Do not pressure another user to share money or sensitive information.
7. Communication and User Safety
Maratha Lagna Sohala helps users connect but does not control user conversations or offline interactions. Use caution, protect your personal information, and report suspicious profiles or behavior through the Contact page.
8. Intellectual Property
Maratha Lagna Sohala’s name, branding, software, design, and original content belong to Maratha Lagna Sohala or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute them without permission.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or delete an account when we reasonably believe that a user has violated these terms, misused the platform, created a safety risk, or provided false information. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of user profiles, compatibility, or any particular matrimonial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Maratha Lagna Sohala is not responsible for losses arising from user interactions, offline meetings, or user-provided content.
